I created the full visual identity for Respawn, the Daily Mail’s gaming and internet-culture vertical designed for a new generation of digital audiences. From the logo system to the motion language, overall aesthetic and every thumbnail across the brand, I built a visual identity that feels fast, bold and completely native to gaming culture. Respawn has since become one of the Daily Mail’s most distinctive social brands, shaping a visual tone that stands out in an oversaturated space and helping the organisation tap into a global audience that engages with gaming, creators and online moments every single day.
